Creamy Cajun Penne Pot

Tonight I made the sinfully delicious Creamy Cajun Penne Pot from How Sweet Eats. I especially liked the chicken in this dish. I think next time I would like to try this same preparation with some gemelli (spiral) noodles to better capture the sauce, and next time I must keep in mind that I can use a little heavier hand seasoning the veggies so that the sauce doesn’t turn out too bland at the end. This was even better as leftovers, once the flavors had time to marinate!
