Tonight I made Jerk Shrimp Tacos with Cantaloupe Salsa from How Sweet Eats. This was a really interesting spin on the Baja Shrimp Tacos we have enjoyed a few times so far. The flavors of cinnamon and allspice were really unexpected. They were, unfortunately, far too spicy for Raina and were just really heavily spiced overall. I think next time I would marinate the shrimp in a baking dish with the seasoning sprinkled over them, rather than coating them so heavily.
